Our Vendor Relationship and Process
Residential Builders, LLC is an independent home builder approved by Ritz-Craft to provide and sell their high-quality homes. We are not an authorized agent of Ritz-Craft and do not act on Ritz-Craft's behalf; we're a local, independent builder who trusts their construction enough to build our business on it.
Ritz-Craft delivers each home with the majority of the work already complete, and our local set crew handles the foundation setting from there. On-site, our team and subcontractors complete the drywall, floor finishing, exterior siding, brick or stone work, porches, garages, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, all subject to code inspection along the way. A final walk-through happens before your Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
