Residential Builders, LLC located in Arbutus, Maryland, was founded in 2005 by Paul Nalley Sr. After seeing the quality and flexibility in design of the custom home industry, Paul was motivated to launch Residential Builders LLC. It is truly a desire to create custom homes for our families that will meet all their needs while building a quality home that will satisfy them and their family for generations to come.
Paul Nalley Sr. has been self-employed since 1984, although he has worked successfully in many industries, he sincerely loves building custom homes. Paul enjoys working one-on-one with homeowners designing a quality home to meet their needs, while working hard behind the scenes to maintain the customers’ budget.
Residential Builders is not only a small business but also a veteran owned and family operated business. This gives Residential Builders a unique drive over our competitors. Our family works hard to provide the highest level of dedication and craftsmanship for your family and your new home.
Residential Builders has developed a list of friends, not customers, over the years. We are proud to be able to say, there have been several occasions where we have been asked to come back to build new projects with our previous homeowners.
